Welcome to the North East Texas Optometric Society (NETOS) website

NETOS is a local optometric society serving optometrists throughout the North Texas area. The goal of NETOS is to provide quality continuing education courses for our members. In addition, our meetings provide a venue for local optometrists to interact and share ideas and knowldege.

Members of the North East Texas Optometric Society offer public and professional education and maintain the highest standards of visual care. Our member optometrists adminster eye care for patients throughout the far north Dallas area, Denton, Collin, and Rockwall counties.

We are proud to support and be affiliated with these associations.

The American Optometric Association represents approximately 36,000 doctors of optometry, optometry students and paraoptometric assistants and technicians. Optometrists serve patients in nearly 6,500 communities across the country, and in 3,500 of those communities are the only eye doctors. Doctors of optometry provide two-thirds of all primary eye care in the United States.
